  THE "TEENAGE GIRLS" THAT WORK THERE GIGGLE SO MUCH VIA DRIVE-THRU YOU CAN'T EVEN HEAR THEM SPEAK TO ASK FOR YOUR ORDER...WHEN YOU FINALLY GET THROUGH THAT PROCESS, YOU GET TO THE WINDOW TO PAY JUST TO FIND THEM STANDING AROUND INSIDE DOING NOTHING OTHER THAN GIGGLING AND PLAYING. I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND, HOW HARD CAN IT BE TO WORK AT ZAXBY'S AND TRY TO CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER? THEN YOU GET HOME JUST TO FIND OUT THAT THEY MESSED UP THE ENTIRE ORDER AND YOUR WINGS AREN'T DONE SO YOU FINISH COOKING THEM SO THAT YOU WON'T GET SICK AND DIE OF SALMONELLA POISONING.

  Probably the worst experience I've ever had. And the general manager "Lauren", I can't even describe how rude she was. I'll be sure to never go back there.

  I've always enjoyed Zaxby's food not only is it hot and fresh but there's usually never a long wait. I'm pretty sure we go there at least twice a month
